I first found out about Circuit Makati back in 2016 when I started going to music festivals. Out of the less than 10 I went to in that year and the following one, I believe 3 of them were held in the area in 1 year alone! Specifically, the events were held at the Globe Circuit Events Grounds where concerts are usually held. All the event posters had Circuit Makati logos on it back then and not the event grounds itself.
There weren't any residential properties for sale there at the time. Well I was selling different properties from a different developer then so I wasn't aware too. I only noticed commercial establishments like restaurants and such. At the time the place became known for concerts and events because that's what it was for. Haha.
Aside from that, I remember it was hard to travel via public commute from that place just to go home. There was no travel hub back in those days so we had to walk several meters or maybe less than a kilometer (I think) if we wanted to take a jeepney ride home.
Fast forward to today and voila! There's an Ayala mall in Circuit Makati plus several preselling and ready for occupancy properties. There's also a transport hub so it is very accessible to more people now. Of course because of it's current popularity, the real estate value has already increased several times. Soon it will have more entertainment structures for people to enjoy and appreciate. Cool right?
It is not far from the Makati Central Business District too. Drive for a few minutes and voila you're in the center of the bustling city and maybe your office too. On your way home drop by the famous Poblacion area, where a variety of restaurants can be appreciated. It's just a a few kilometers away anyway, what's not to like about investing in the preselling Callisto Tower 2, right? Everything including the best location is available now for you and your loved ones.
