➡ If hanap nyo is to start a staycation business for rental income meron po kaming offer sa may Roxas Blvd. 1 bedroom units (pre-selling) n lang available. The best yun kasi pwede sa AirBnB, etc. Unlike sa ibang condo hindi pwede s daily, weekly or monthly, eto pwede.
➡ Another option would be the upcoming new condo tower in Ortigas,until END of February we accept letter of intent until March 15, 2019 kasi na-extend ang promo BEFORE it goes on presale: Studio, 1 bedroom and exec 1 bedroom naman dito. Ang kagandahan pag ganitong stage is more affordable than pre-selling pa ito kasi may addt'l discount on top of the regular discount.
